Hello, I am a computer science student and I am interested in building my career in web development. However, I also want to explore other areas of computer science, specifically cybersecurity and ML, but I plan to do that after a year or two.

My question is: should I go for an 8600G build without a dedicated GPU, or an AM5 build with an entry-level GPU? An AM4 build is not an option.

I don’t play games. My main use cases will be productivity and media consumption. My budget is 115k (including a monitor) and I won't be able to upgrade anything or spend more on the PC for the next 4/5 years.
