Intermittent key registration issue on specific keys (E, H, Ctrl)

Product Name: Monka 3098 Pro V2 Tri-Mode Mechanical Keyboard (White Orange Cherry Powder Switch)
Issues
Keys E, H, and Ctrl are intermittently unresponsive. They work occasionally but frequently fail to register keystrokes. This issue happens repeatedly during normal use.
Tested with a different connection cable / input port.Reconnected the keyboard across different ports/systems, but the issue persists.
